We're pleased to give you the promising news that IHOP has agreed to begin testing the use of cage-free eggs, and, if successful, intends to switch millions of eggs from battery to cage-free within the next few months. This is a huge victory for the Humane Society as well as to the efforts put forth by Bill Maher

As you may have read in my previous blog this campaign was very important for all farm animals, again this support goes beyond just chickens but rather sheds light on those companies and food chains who are blind to animal cruelty. To many people chickens are pets just like a dog or a cat is to you and I, and even if you would never choose to have a chicken as a pet like we all agree all animals deserve to live a life without pain and suffering induced unnecessarily by humans. The Human Society has done amazing work to support all animals, dogs, cats, birds, horses and all farm animals please continue to support their hard work by volunteering or sending a small (or large) donation.
